No ROYALS CUP without participants. Our team is responsible for managing communication with universities before, during, and after the event, as well as supporting all participants throughout the process. Furthermore, we are responsible for ticketing, accommodation, and determining which universities to invite, ensuring smooth preparation and execution. All the information from our internal team towards the ROYALS CUP participants flows through our hands. Together with our President and Vice-President, we are also responsible for the connection to Maastricht University. Our ultimate goal is to make sure that every participant has the best possible experience at the ROYALS CUP 2026.
