As the Operations Committee, we oversee the comprehensive organization of venue arrangements, logistics, and catering services. Our responsibilities include managing technical aspects, coordinating shuttle buses, and liaising with suppliers. Moreover, we serve as the primary point of contact for all daytime events. Specifically, our team is responsible for organizing the opening ceremony, encompassing stage setup, security provisions, and food truck arrangements. Additionally, we oversee the main event, shuttle services, catering, and serve as the central contact point for daily activities.
